Our design style favorites are boho, California casual/modern, classic modern, coastal, contemporary, cottage, farmhouse, mid-century, modern, rustic, traditional, transitional, and eclectic blends of the styles mentioned. I guess you could say we are lovers of many styles and have the experience to deliver! If your home is being staged to sell, we will review desirable and trendy designs for your area and will make these recommendations with the goal of a quicker sale at the optimum price.
Who likes the ordinary? Not us, that's for sure! We work tirelessly to ensure your space is set apart and has the 'wow' factor! We proudly offer reduced pricing for our trade discounts on furniture, artwork, accessories, and more to our Interior Decorating Clients who purchase the E-design Mega Max and Full Service packages.
We offer the following home staging services:

Consultations: Full Consult and Walk & Talk

Packages: Occupied Staging, Vacant Staging, Design Work, and Rental Services after initial 30 days. Realtor partnerships are available providing priority staging, discounts, and 2-month rentals.

Our Process

30 minute to 1 hour
discovery call with select packages
to share our services and learn
about your project.

For E-design packages, we will get started right away.
For full-service design and
staging services, we will schedule
an on-site consultation.

For full-service and staging services, we put together an estimated budget and proposal.

We will present the proposed plan, make necessary alterations, and sign a contract prior to proceeding.

After the contract is signed,
the space transformation will begin.
A detailed schedule and outline
of services will be provided
at this time.
With each project being unique, our fees and payment options may vary.
General fee guidelines:

We offer several packages for our E-design, interior decorating/interior design, and home staging services. Please review the details for all available packages.

Monthly furniture and accessory rental fees are charged for Home Staging projects with a 3-month minimum rental agreement. Shorter minimums are available with Realtor partnerships.

After-hour installation rates may apply.

An appointment cancellation fee without a 48-hour notice will be charged and will be based on the services that were scheduled for that day.

Out-of-area fees may apply.
